We present these designs for your review and feedback, and engage external consultants if required, making sure every concept is practical, beautiful, and tailored to you.

With your chosen concept in hand, we start refining. This stage is about developing detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections, along with an outline specification that forms the backbone of your project. By the end of this phase, your future home or space will be clearly mapped out and ready for the next level of detail.

This is where the big decisions happen. We finalize dimensions, structural elements, materials, and finishes while collaborating with external consultants such as structural and mechanical engineers. You receive the final design documentation for review and feedback, and if required, we arrange resource consents to keep the project moving forward.

Time to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. We prepare comprehensive construction drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants to ensure every detail is correct and compliant. This stage also includes preparing and lodging your building consent, setting the foundation for a smooth and stress-free construction process.

With every approval in place, we take care of the paperwork so you do not have to. From liaising with council to securing the green light to build, we ensure nothing stands between you and the start of construction.

This is where it all comes to life. We liaise with your build team from start to finish, helping to arrange builders and additional consultants such as interior or landscape designers where needed. We stay involved throughout construction, ensuring your project is delivered exactly as planned, with every detail aligned to your vision.
